Stingray kills 'Croc Hunter'

"Crocodile Hunter" Steve Irwin died today after being stabbed by a stingray barb. Irwin was off Australia's coast, filming a feature for his daughter's show. Wildlife documentary maker Ben Cropp said the way Irwin died was "a one-in-a-million thing." Irwin's manager John Stainton said: "He came over the top of a stingray that was buried in the sand, and the barb came up and hit him in the chest."

Isn't it ironic with all the danger he faced intentionally, he ended up being killed by the kind of hidden danger that could get anyone. He lived with a fire in his heart.

It is like I said when I took an early retirement from a job that I really liked-- "Nobody has a guarantee for tomorrow"

It's funny that he works with 14 foot alligators, the deadliest snakes in the world and tons of others of the world most dealiest animals and the one that kills him he was filming for a child's show
