Citrus , always in flower and fruit...

Great looking plants! Sure looks like Calamondins to me, Wink Wink

Other names for that would be Kalamansi or Philippine Lime. As soon as they have a hint of turning into yellow green, that's the best time to use as cooking condiments, or turn into Calamondinade juice (use plenty of sweetener).
