In your experience have you found it beneficial to mix up fertilizers or keep it consistant? Not - including any difeciencies to make up for.

For citrus that are PLANTED IN CONTAINERS, fertilizers do much more than just feed the tree. Using the proper fertilizers with the correct formulas is a very common and excellent method to regulate the pH of the growing medium. I use at least four different fertilizer formulations depending on how the growing medium's pH needs to be adjusted. The "soil" pH can be easily raised or lowered by using the proper fertilizer formulation. The best booklet I have ever read on the subject is "Understanding pH Management For Container Grown Crops" by William Argo and Paul Fisher. - Millet
