Exclusively on this citrus forum only. Finally done. Hope you learn all the minor details that I've been wanting to show you all, pictures with explanations. Bark grafting on branches is now my preferred method over cleft and tongue and whip grafting because I achieve more cambial contact between scionwood and stock. Especially useful when the stock is a lot larger than the scionwood.

Joe, you should be part of the program at the Citrus Expo, and put on a grafting school. I have a Xerox Color Copier, that is linked to the computers in the office. I can down load these, then run them throung the color copier, and put them in by citrus file. Thanks - A REALLY GREAT ACCOMPLISHMENT. - Millet

Why, thank you Millet, it would be an honor. Everybody just feel free to reproduce the material to show to others. Just don't forget to mention this citrus forum site somewhere in your reproduced material, after all, we have to give thanks to Laaz for hosting and managing this forum. Thanks also to Millet for spending time helping us all in our hobby.

Excellent tutorial!
Showing how to do a bark graft using ordinary tools is
most encouraging to us amateurs.
And thanks for the secret technique of the
extra slices to expose more cambium.
You the man! javascript:emoticon('Very Happy')

WOW Joe, thank you for this. Wasn't too long ago I asked you about 'bark' grafting & here it is! I also like that people have to come to this forum to view it. I have posted links to sites here & someone from here posted them on another forum without giving credit to where she got it. She should've sent them HERE to view it.
Nice touch with the glass of wine...Laaz would have a Corona there LOL
