Wait some more, let it keep on the tree and observe. Mine has improved flavor through time. Also, it developed flowery ( some rose aroma ) overtones in the taste. Very interesting, as the flavor is truly unique. Mine keeps long on the tree. At first, they are very insipid, but as I tracked the taste through time, it improved. But if you don't like eating the fragrance of the roses, then this is not the variety for you. I somehow able to detect such subtle flavors, from my wine making hobby, and so appreciated the subtle flowery aroma of the flesh from Vainigilia Sanguigno.
