The joy of winter preserves
Need a way to beat the post-holiday letdown? Two words: Lemon curd. Two more: Orange marmalade. Feeling perkier? Michelle Fuerst, this year's Culinary Fellow at the Montalvo Arts Center in Saratoga (you'll be hearing more about her in the coming weeks), will teach a Winter Preserves workshop Jan. 30, with the focus on citrus.
