Could some one please help me with my Guava. I am not sure what is going on but the leaves are starting to get bruised looking then drying up. It was extremly root bound when I bought it. I tried to seperate the roots before repotting but they were so tight and I was afraid to try to cut them apart. I don't want to loose this plant. The stem is finally starting to harden up real nice into a small trunk. Any help is welcome.

Looks like the tree is suffering from high soluble salts in the root system. = Millet (942-)

The plant has been outside for about 3 weeks now (after being in the screened in porch over 2 months with low sun). It has been raining for about 2 weeks straight. Should I change the soil or just flush it really well? I know that the leaves that are on it can not be saved, but it is putting out new leaves. What fertilizer should I be using on the plant? The soil I have it in is part bark, part ctirus soil.
