Received 6 mini trifoliates and 3 fruits thanks to MarcV Wink.
I just had to try it for myself so...

...I took a good look at the fruit

...cut 1 open

...squeezed its juice in a glass

...and drank it

I must say...I was expecting a terrible tasting juice but actually it tasted like and orange...with a very sour taste Smile.

I knew the scent of the fruit was familiar and after a while I knew what it smelled like: passion fruit!

Harvested the seeds which will one day be used and planted 3 plants outside and 3 in 1 container as a 'what grows best' project. Wink Pictures will follow later in the correct thread Smile.

Shocked Passion fruit? Shocked

Looks like that cut open fruit is not very seedy. I had a few like that also. I actually picked those fruits from 2 different trees. I only recently discovered the 2nd tree, and I believe this 2nd tree produces fruits with few seeds but more flesh and juice.

Didn't you have sticky hands after squeezing them?

The trifoliate seedlings originally were about 5cm larger but I had to cut them to make them fit inside the small box... Embarassed

You don't see many seeds because the fruit is cut the wrong way.
Here is what I did yesterday:

You can see the gum on my fingers!

Edit: this is the good link.

It's good to wear gloves like you do. It's almost impossible to remove the sticky resin from your hands!
