Hey all! Just wanted to thank Dale for inviting me to this forum... I really like the set-up (separate 'forums' per topic), it should really help with getting questions answered and making answers easy to find!

Were there any plans on doing a FAQ? There should be an entire section on the Improved Meyer lemon Shocked, lol. Oh, and I know it's a citrus forum, but I'm sure most of us have other plants as well... what about an 'off-citrus' forum for other such discussions? Just a thought Very Happy

Anyway, I hope this forum goes a long way in helping people to develop interest in this wonderful hobby; I'm sure with all of the knowledge floating around it shouldn't have any trouble doing just that.

Ta-ta for now,

~Derek

Hi Derek. Great input. It is just in the building stages right now, but a FAQ is a great idea. We always welcome any creative input.

~Derek Im glad you made it here, I think this is going to be very good as time go's. I like how the Forum is broke done. Millet is a container citrus grower. His postings has been a big help for us Northern growers.

If not for all his many postings an e-mails which I value. I really dont think I would be growing Citrus in the U.P. of all places. Something of which I always wanted to do Dale

Lazz, I think Derek, has a very good idea. Other plants such a Papayas, Avocatoes, Bananas, ect. are also grown by many of us. Perhaps an off-citrus category would be valuable. Really glad to see both Dale and Derek. - Millet

Greetings all. I know some of you from the GW, and I look forward to getting to know the rest. I agree that we should have a non-citrus forum. This way I can ask about guavas and lychee nuts!

Hi Chops & welcome to the forum. If you look at the bottom of this forum you will find a thread for "tropicals & other non-citrus".

I wanted to say hello too. I'm very happy to be here (thanks Millet). I don't have anything to contribute, as I am a beginner; but I am glad to have the wonderful opportunity to learn from all of you.
