That's pretty neat. I was watching Oliver's Twist the other day on food network (howcome i dont see him anymore hes a great chef) and i think he just cut it in half and smashed on the top of it to get the seeds to fall out. He put that in a raw fish salad so im guessing it would be a little messy to eat as is but its worth a try.

thanks so much for this link. I have 6 poms in the fridge that I've been dreading eating. as much as I love them I make a disaster of eating them.

Sure be nice to eat them in an easier method. Never would have thought to try this way
