But Joe, you have the world's power supply in Algeria Not only are they not a stable country (civil war between 1992 and 2002), but we don't have transmission lines to the US. Then again, if you pushed the EU's power supply a little to the east, it would be in Libya. Ohh . . . I probably think of a joke or two, but I'll have either citrus growers in the EU or Libya on my back. . . .
