I agree, it is a Manganese deficiency. However, this is easy to correct, and should not cause your tree much of a problem, if you take care of the situation. Purchase some Chelated Manganese, or some Manganese Sulfate, and feed it to your tree. You can also correct the situation, just by fertilizing the tree with a fertilizer that contains trace minerals.
