I found this tree at home depot here in utah for $25. It is a dwarf meyer lemon. It has a ton of fruit on it and looks good but I'm concerned that the tree has a deficiency or a disease. I'm hoping that it is verigated. Only 1/3 - 1/2 the branches look like this. If it is verigated will the leaves stay that way? Will it be harder to care for? Or should I buy one that just has green leaves? I have kept it seperate from my other trees for now.

It looks like a manganese deficiency to me.

I agree, it is a Manganese deficiency. However, this is easy to correct, and should not cause your tree much of a problem, if you take care of the situation. Purchase some Chelated Manganese, or some Manganese Sulfate, and feed it to your tree. You can also correct the situation, just by fertilizing the tree with a fertilizer that contains trace minerals. Look on your fertilizer's label, and Manganese should be listed, if your fertilizer contains trace minerals. . Millet (1,330-)
