This is growing from a clemetine seed. Note the thin, jagged leaves.

				| Clementines do not come true from seed.  Over the years I have grown many trees from Clementine seeds.  Your seedling's fruit will most likely result as a mandarin type of fruit, and of inferior quality.  However, there is always a very VERY slim chance that it could be an outstanding new variety. Cultivars, such as the Ponderosa Lemon and others, came from a chance seedling. - Millet (284 BO-)  |  |

 Thanks. Yes sir, this is what I thought. That's why I am interested. There's always that small chance. I'm not a gambler, but for citrus I always make an exception.

 Yes, that's exactly what I thought when I saw your photo.
 Was this a shop-bought clementine fruit, or one from your own plant?
 If so, do you have any finger limes nearby?
