Hi, my name is Andrija. I come from Croatia. I am very happy to be able to register on these forum ) thanks to member Ivica, who let me know about it), because i adore citrus trees. There is so much to read and see at the forum, so i hope to learn more about citruses. In last few years i became addicted on lemons, especially thanks to my father who planted 2 lemons in our backyard 6 years ago. At first i had no interest in this lemons trees, but since I have watered them every second day in summer, i started to care for them more. When we got first fruits from them, i was thrilled with them. Last autumn i planted 2 year seedlings of lemon meyer, grapefruit and orange and now patiently waiting for them to grow older. unfortunately i spend time with my dear ones only a couple of weeks in summer and few more days in autumn or spring, because they grow in the backyard of our house at sea and i live inland. That's why i recently planted two more citrus trees in a container in my apartment. Last saturday they started to grow out of the soil. looking forward to spend my time here reading and learning about citruses.

Hey all

Im Mike. I have lurked for about a year and a half and have learned so much. Im just a hobby grower. My love started when one day I planted a couple lemon seeds and from there I have really enjoyed citrus and all other types of tropical, subtropical plants. I really enjoy the challenge of trying to grow things that shouldnt where I live. Thanks you to all who contribute so much here.

Ill get some pics up soon.
