This tree is about 4 feet tall and 3 years in the ground. It has several dozen fruit not quite ready yet. First year for fruit. I grew rootstock and grafted it.

Laaz, they are available here in the supermarket from time to time. They are fair and seedy. Not as good as a Clementine. - Millet

They taste pretty good, seedy, sweet as well as tart. Fairly early but not as early as some satsumas, more around Thanksgiving. They are just now starting to turn color. Skin is thin. It is another one of those clementine x orlando tangelo crosses like Lee, Robinson, and Osceola. The tree is spreading rather than tall. I planted it as it is my friend John Panzarella's favorite mandarin(at least at one time.) This is one of the few trees he has in the ground. Most of the other 150 are in pots!

Laaz, I forgot.....According the "rules" of citrus any fruit that contains six (6) seeds or less is considered to be a seedless fruit, and can be advertised as such--YEH RIGHT!!! I'm actually not kidding, that is the official rule for a citrus fruit to be considered seedless commercially - Millet

Not like changsha, much more flavor and fewer seeds. Homegrown fairchild is every bit as good as clementine!
