Well, I noticed this week that I have several that are beginning to grow. Sanbokan, citradia, citrumelo, indio mandarinquat and smooth flat seville are sprouting out. It is too early for that here (Dallas, TX) as we can easily get a freeze during the next thirty days. How is spring progressing for your plants?

We got a two week warm spell back in December which caused 8 out of 10 of my grove trees to start actively growing. Then got three hard freezes in January and February as their reward.

My greenhouse citrus is all growing madly. The surviving grove trees aren't showing any signs of new growth yet. Once burned, twice shy I suppose.

.....Alan.

awwww man! The meterologist is calling for 70 deg tomorrow (Fri),
then rain and possible tornadoes Saturday and snow for Sunday! What gives? They won't even give an approximation of how much snow, because it is looking like the perfect storm! Could be a doozie!!

I've noticed the crab apple trees and the wild plum trees are just starting to bloom.

My Eureka lemon has been growing since December. The orange woke up in late January and the Mandarin last month.

I'm surprised to see that my Manila Mango tree is sending up flower spikes and new growth after seeing 28/29 degrees in December unprotected.
