Last summer I bought seeds from Auscitrus Australia.
I can say I am really satisfied, only one disadvantage is, that there are minimum order 25 AUD per variety, that means aprox. 300 seeds per variety.
Some of seedlings, which I got from those seeds (nearly 100 percent germination rate):

First I tested this way of growing with sequoiadendron giganteum seedlings - when I found that is simple to work with and it works, so I used it for sowing citrus seeds. Citrus seedlings are easy to repot - this year I put them to normal 2L pots/each.
You are right, it is a lot of seedlings - but here are a lot of container citrus growing enthusiast in Slovak and also Czech Republic. So i will share these seedlings for sale, exchange, or just as an gift.
