I found an Italian site that offers a book called:
Ornamental Citrus Trees
I am wondering if anyone knows anything about this book as it seems very good, 238 pages but 135 pictures but says it covers:

"Treatment of citrus trees, reproduction, growing, fertilizers,
intervention calendar."

Thank you for your help,
James

I´ve got this book from Tintory and it discribes a lot of historical citrus varieties. Each variety is compared with old drawings taken from ancient books. You will be exited...also good as a present

Best regards

This is a beatifully produced book. Make sure you order the English version - it is also available in the original Italian and in German.
However, you will find the English translations a little strange in places.
Also, note this book mainly describes old historic Italian and European varieties that are of no commercial interest today and are mostly not available in the USA.

Thank you for that information Citrange, unfortunatly the Oscar Tintori office only told me how to order the book and won't say weather it's available in english. It is good to know I wont have to try and translate it,
Sincerely,
James
