Umm, sounds like the latest version of "cold fusion". "We don't know how it works but the explanation must be fusion at room temperature." I believe the energy necessary to get H2 from water is fairly well know, whether by running an electrical current thru it or radio waves. I'm from Missouri, show me in a proper scientific study that this makes sense and have other scientists without a vested interest in the idea accomplish the same thing independently. A skeptical engineer.

Even if proven true, I don't think you will be buying his patent, so what's the use of proving it to you?

The fact that getting H2 is radically new way, in itself is one of the greatest discovery in a very long time, and how many years has it been since electrolysis. Am thinking of other application, and not the perpetual machine debate that most of you want to discuss and my lawn boy here even know that it is not possible. There is no point in discussing of getting more energy than what you put in, unless there is conversion of matter to energy. We have to think of other applications of this discovery.

Many great advancement in science are accidental discoveries.
