Not many foods offer a more complete spectrum of vitamins than broccoli.

You should eat lots of vegetables but I am addicted to potato chips. The problem is they make the chips so you can't eat just one so you eat like 5 to 8 servings or maybe even a whole bag at a time! Well at least I stopped consuming soft drinks so that is a start and I do eat Quinoa.

Peaches also have high vitamin C 235mg per 250 g peaches.
Orange juice concentrate has even more just 6 FL OZ has 293 mg vitamin C. Orange peelings also contain some valuable nutrients.

Researchers from the University of Western Ontario, Canada, have found that tangerines have a flavonoid chemical called nobiletin that can prevent fatty liver and reduce fat build up in the arteries.

If you want a long life eat lots of different fruits and vegetables to intake as many different nutrients as possible besides vitamin C. This is easier said than done though.

Taking care of your self in your young years, and during you middle age years, so that you will have a long life is not all that it is cracked up to be. The years earned have to be spend from 80 to 95. - Millet (633-)

The horseradish tree, Moringa oleifera, has more vitamins than broccoli. It is a malnutrition savior in many third world countries and a strongly recommended by FAO. I sometimes use extracts from its leaves as nutrient solution to my wine yeasts.

Too bad, they are tropical and very sensitive to frosts, so cannot plant them here in our zone, except inside greenhouses or hot houses.

Here's a well balanced approach to evaluating Horseradish tree:
