i ordered a TRI-LITE PEACH x PLUM hybrid. the chill hours ( seen 6-800 ) seem a little high for my area but want to try to grow it. seems like it would be an interesting fruit. but i also want to graft something with lower chill hour requirements. the question i have; would peach or plum graft onto it better or would both be fine?

You can graft plums or peaches unto it and it would be fine.

But here's the caveat. If you graft early bloomers or cultivars that leaf out quickly, make sure to graft them in the northern side because they tend to grow earlier and can siphon off the reserves and shade out the later bloomers or later growing ones if grafted in the southern side.

BTW, my Tri-Lite Peach Plum wine from my harvest last year is ready for bottling. They tasted wonderful.
