Hi , I was in visit to a good friend of mine and she gave me 2 cuttings from this tree , there was a label but not good at all

this is the nursery (commercial I guess)
and here is a picture with a fruit , and it is not meyer as she told me
does anybody recognize the fruit ? |

On the label is written that came from south Italy , maybe this helps |
