This is panzarella orange on swingle. It has looked better. The remote thermometer on my porch said 30F for a low. The weather channel said 25F with 15 hours of freezing weather. This would be the longest freeze around here since the Christmas 1989 freeze with a low of 10F and sustained freeze for 48 hours. In 1989 I didn't know about protecting my trees and my full size satsuma and kumquat died rootstock and all. I gave up until 2000 on replanting after the 1983 and 1989 freezes. Tonight 22F according to weather channel. There was up to an inch of ice in puddles... Brrrr!! Lucky my several hundred 3 gallon pots are in the garage. I'm retired now so lugging them for most of 2 days didn't seem too bad this time.
