I am looking fot citron tree. Prefer the kind called Turunj, originally from India or Etrog.I found one Etrog at a nursery on the we but they can not ship to California.

hendb, you should try bark grafting. We have excellent pictorial demos here.

You can then order budwoods from CCPP. There are many members in California who can also spare you a budstick of many citrus cultivars as long as your county allows movement of citruses inside it. For rootstocks, you can simply grab citripots (4" x 4" x 18") from Home Depot that sells for just $11, then you can graft unto these.
