My Meyer lemon has been blooming since September, but all of the baby lemons drop. It is still in its nursery pot, and I am planning to repot in the spring, since I am starting to see the roots when I look into the holes at the bottom of the pot. I feed it with foliage pro, diluted to 1/4 strength, whenever I water. I water about once a week, and the water drains fairly quickly. It's inside and in a window with western exposure, gets good light, and I use a supplemental grow light on cloudy days. What could be the problem?

Correction- the plant is in a window with southern exposure and gets about 7 to 8 hours of full sun.

Joe, the tree is about one foot away from the window. The window is also about 90 years old, so it is drafty for sure. I'll work on fixing the draft and hope it helps. Thank you for the suggestion!
