I have read on the one russian board about that procedure. It seems to be helping for clean the ground from the bad salt. Does anyone do it? I think i should do it in the spring.

I do it. Prevents salt build up and should be done regularly.

It is recommended to clear the potting soil or compost of salts build up.
However, I always move my citrus pots outside during the summer. There are always at least a couple of periods of heavy rain which washes right through and does the job automatically. Of-course, if you have used soluble fertiliser this will also be removed. After very heavy rain, I usually add a little slow-release fertiliser and then continue watering with dilute soluble fertiliser.
