I thought I'd share how I am storing my Citrus this year..
After much complaining from hubby about no fruit and battling kids to keep heat down last yr I've picked to store my citrus in a closet this year..
So far the only trees pouting about the move are my Etrog and Eureka lemon.. if they continue their fits I guess I'll have to move them out where it is warmer..

yes that is a window in the closet!! this house was built before electricity and running water was here in town.. I can also show ya where the out house use to be!!

The satsumas are very happy in their new home!!

every thing spent a month and half in south window before I moved them to north side of house..
I still have seedlings in South windows where they will be kept at full growth temps and plenty of natural light..

I have those tall pots in a milk crate too...9 fit perfect & they don't fall over.
Is that a finger lime in back? It sure got big!
My winter storage is still in sunroom & with this cold spell we are having now, it gets up to 61 sunny days & about 54 at night - am leaving 1 fr. door open from kitchen for heat.
Citrus, guavas etc are on table & sill at south facing window & all the dormant (or 1/2 dormant) stuff is at north wall. 8 flourescents above S windows go on at 3 & off at 6 on timer switch. If WLD starts, I'll either cut the lights or add more heat.

I moved a bunch to my basement............. the others are still in a south facing window. Seems that with the bugs and leaf drop ( and watering ) this is easier...

Hi guys Smile
My citruses are in a balcony of my flat. Temperatures are about 3 - 7 degC. It seems they are contented. Wink On the link below there are some photos with slovak text:
