I need help 4 weeks ago I took 4 cuttings from 4 different citrus trees. 2 satsumas, 1 washington navel and 1 moro blood orange. I made mini green houses out of sterilized 2 liter soda bottles to keep up the humidity high. The cutting were about 6 inches each, I removed the bottom 2 leaves the remaining 3 leaves I cut in half to help with moisture loss from transpiration. I wet the cut tip and dipped it in fertilome rooting hormone then placed it in a sterilized 4 inch pot of rooting medium. Then I put them in the 2 liter bottles misted them real well and sealed the bottle up with tape which I opened for a hour or 2 everyday to allow some air to circulate so as not to grow a fungus in there. I checked Monday and learned that the blood orange had rooted so I left the top off completely last night I looked at it a the leaves are curling closed so I misted it and put the top back on I am going to be so upset if my baby blood orange dies everyone says it can't be done. What am I doing wrong an how can I fix it. HELP!!!!!!!

Mandarins & oranges are not very easy to root. They are best grafted to a rootstock. Lemons, Limes & citrons are about the easiest to root.

All you can do is put the cover back on and hope it rehydrates. Otherwise what you are doing seems ok, but I wouldn't take the top off overnight until I see buds shooting on the top of the cutting. Once you see it actively growing, the roots are also growing and going down for moisture.
Even then I would be trying to harden off the cuttings in a shady area, or on a cooler week, if your weather forecasts are good. Sometimes the cutting prop. mix is nicely moist, but taking off the cover dries it out rapidly, causing wilting, especially outdoors if its warm or windy.
