is there a place were i can buy a dwarf 2n1 pear and peaches tree that is 3yr old already i live in michigan.

I don't believe pears & peaches are compatible.

In Canada, the best place to buy "fruit combo" trees is at a large chain store called Canadian Tire. I got one that has Frost Peach, Italian plum, Yellow plum and Apricot all on one tree. I also got a four variety cherry from them. I've never seen a peach/pear combo. Lots of multi-pear combo trees but none with peach included.

Peach can be grafted upon apricot and plum. The Western Sand Cherry is sometimes used as an understock to produce a dwarf tree. Some nurserymen have reported success in grafting peach on Nanking cherry, for a tree that is even more dwarf. Although a peach tree can also be grafted on an almond seedling, resulting in a dwarf tree, it is likely to be short lived. - Millet
