Amazing how a few miles and a body of water can make a difference.
Laaz and I live about 5 miles apart. He is a little closer to the Ashley River than I am. He hit 26, I bottomed out at 19. The heater in my plastic hoophouse kept it at 30, I still lost some new growth on there, but NO major damage.

Our lowest thus far has been the 26 we got last night. All of my trees with new growth are wrapped in frost cloth so I'm not expecting much damage.

I am just south of you and only got very slight burn on the new growth of my red naval. All of the blooms seem fine. I think this wednesday night is supposed to be even a couple degrees colder. I am definitely covering it this time.
