Um kinda sour but mostly made me feel better when i was sick im waiting to eat the other one .
and yes the peel came off like a Tangerine Orange

Well hello Tammy! Haven't seen you here in a long time.
CONGRATS on your first ripe Cara Cara--I'm jealous! You bought yours the same time as me from same place on Ebay, but mine lost all it's blooms for some reason. Still healthy plant, but no fruit. The Cara Cara I bought in store earlier this yr was very sweet & fruity tasting. .. about 3 1/2 inches. I hear that they get sweeter & better over the years....like us women LOL.

Yippy I hope so I was sick 102 fever and thought now was a good time .
I also just had my first Lime from my Brass lime i got at the nursery.

Mine has tons of Blooms I bought some Orchids and accedently put the orchid water on some plants i do Not remember if the Cara cara was one of them but its doing ok.
the fruit i just tried was the only one on the plant when i got it .

All my DF are doing good and making some more room for them is hell.
so i desided to finish the house sell it and go for 5 acres instead of the 1 i have now . will be alot funner .
and i can have my cat a area to roam . Pixiebobs get huge and my neighbor already hates the fact i have 2 dogs .
she has no Idea i have 3 pixie bobs 1 30 lbs (male 1 25 female and there 5 month old son is 20. he will out grow them both now that im learning more about them. Tammy
