Laaz,
I planted some Golden Bean Kumquat seeds. Do you think it's going to be variegated.

Hong Kong or "Golden Bean" kumquat ? Possible, but as a rule most citrus grown from seed of a variegated fruit will produce albino seedlings and a few normal green seedlings. Was the plant the seed came from variegated ? Anything is possible, but most seedlings I see that don't have defined variegation like yours will either turn completely green or albino and die.

Golden bean refers to the fruit of Fortunella hindsii, about 1cm - 1\4 inch yellow orange "golden" fruit, also considered lucky to grow a plant.
