ive not had much luck with grafting so far,but have rooted some cuttings.lemons very easy four weeks,but pomelo,mandarin and sweet orange seem to take months up to six last case,this is under mist spray! Is this normal,anyone got any ideas why it takes so long! artie

That is an interesting research paper - thanks for link.
I've tried several times to root mature Poncirus cuttings, but without success. Yet other people have said they root easily.
Now this article confirms that cuttings from mature trees do not root.
Cuttings from young Poncirus root best from June/July cuttings.
But I wanted to propagate mature, flowering trifoliate cuttings!
Doesn't seem to be possible.
