I once ordered a vodka & seltzer with a twist of yuzu & waiter thought I was nuts.  Of course I knew he didn't have it or ever heard of it, so I told about them.  I hear that chef's around the country are cooking  & garnishing dishes with yuzu moreso than reg. lemons.  I really liked the taste of the flesh....it's just a little more tart.
