I am strongly considering purchasing purple sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum). Does anyone else have any sugar cane? Different kind? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hey Disney Long time no see..
Hun since you have children i have 1 small warning
Sugar cane is sharp i mean it can cut up a hand faster then glass..

i know this cause i lived in panama .. so Be carefull with it ..Tammy
