I would like to try my hand at growing papaya. Does anyone have favorites? I know about the sexed plants, would like to find high%hermordphroditic(sp?) seeds. Suggestions?

Tainung #1 F-1 Papaya hybrid by Millet
I already received the seeds. Am only waiting for the temp to climb up.

Scott, you can see a picture of a Tainung-F1 Hybrid Papaya in fruit at the "Fruits & Tropicals Other Than Citrus" sub-form. Look in the post titled "Colorado Greenhouse Papaya." Aloha Seed Company has a lot of very nice papaya varieties. Their web site is WWW.Alohaseed.com

Scott: Don't forget dwarf bananas. Some will fruit at 5 feet. Check Ebay for it. I have 6 now in my windows and more are ordered.
