I've poked around for the last hour trying to find a Sanguinella Blood Orange tree. Can someone point me to a source? I live in Green Cove Springs, Florida.

I've purchased two from www.Logees.com in the last year. They may not be listed so e-mail and ask if you don't see it, I know they have it. I just had this happen with a Sunquat where it was not listed online but they had it. The 2.5inch potted trees are small about 6-8 inches tall. the 4inch potted trees are about 10-12 inches and more developed. The Sanguinelli's are not grafted but slow enough growing to keep them small.

Phil H, the problem you have trying to locate a Sanguinelli Blood Orange is that you live in Florida. Suppliers for this variety such as Four Winds Growers in California or Logees, or for that matter, any US supplier that is out side of the state of Florida, will not and indeed cannot ship a citrus tree into Florida by law, it is illegal.. You can only purchase a citrus tree from a supplier that is located within the boundaries of Florida. This makes it very difficult to find various varieties. But I wish you good luck. - Millet (736-)
