Hi guys, my beloved lime tree is finally with me. It's been in France with my parents for a few years. My Mum took most of the soil off, they then drove it to the UK in the back of their car, then it spent a week in a cold log cabin then I flew it to Switzerland in the plane hold.

The poor thing is obviously stressed out, it's losing a few leaves every day, with the stems attached. Coupled with the fact it's covered in scale. I've sprayed with hort oil once and placed in south facing window, with Christmas tree lights round pot.

I'm not sure if I should put it somewhere to rest or what? I could do with potting it up but don't want to stress it out more. A few more sprayings would be required as soon as, but again don't want to make it worse.

Any advice?
