Hi, a friend of mine moved to CA and bought a house with a couple of citrus tree in the yard. She isn't sure if it is an orange or grapefruit. She sent me the two pics below. I think it may be physiological as I have never seen it. There is some die-back in the top but I am not sure if it is related to the trunk issue.
