My dwarf potted are throwing out a lot of new growth now on the lower trunk. These growths look healthy, is there any reason to remove these?

I aslo have some growth right on or near the FD graft spot, but the growth is clearly not trifoliate. Should I remove these growths?

The lower growth on a tree, is a prime method by nature of building strong sturdy trunks. Another prime method used by nature in developing strong tree trunks is the tree's flicking back and forth against the wind. For indoor tree, a fan will substitute for wind. - Millet (1,214-)

Anything growing from the rootstock should be removed. Trifoliate, Swingle and Citrange are easy to spot but remember that in AZ they use quite a bit of sour orange that will be harder to distinguish.

The rootstock is trifoliate, because I removed the three leave sports from these trees in question. It would appear that the graft point took over a larger area. It's very close and I'm somewhat amazed that orange would sprout so closely to the graft. On of the oranges growths is showing variegation, so I'm hope this continues. Interpreting Millet's repsonse and your's Laaz lead to me to the conclusion, that it is not harmful to allow this growth so long as it is not the rootstock. I'll see what how these grow.
