				| I want to start a hedge of flying dragons but found the hard way that they do not easily root. I have had NO sucess and I am usually pretty darn good at rooting stuff! Anyway, I only have two small flying dragons and maybe 4 fruits between the both of them (mainly due to a very late hard freeze we had this year). I need to get ahold of some seeds....at least 100 of them. Does anyone have a sorce where I might purchase some fresh seed? thanks!
 Cindy

				| If you have 4 fruit, you should have almost 100 seed. FD are loaded with seed.
 Welcome to the forum BTW.

				| Ok, thanks. Should I wait until the fruit turns orange before I pick them to harvest the seeds? | |

				| Lazz, I have budded a few of the avocados on some seedlings I have and am going to stick a few trays of cuttings tomorrow to see if I can get some on their own roots. Also planted about 25 seed from the old Gainesville.
Anyone have Mexicola? I would like to get a few pieces to graft to the seedlings I hope to have next year.

				| wow! that's a lot of seed! I should be in great shape then, between the ones my trees produced and the ones Ned is sending me. It might take a while, but I'll have my flying dragon hedge. Cool!

				| Btw, I can also send you some seeds but I live in Turkey and the shipping will cost a lot Think it as a last solution. | |

				| My fruit are small this year. I think I let the tree get too dry a few time. The little fruit still have a good bit of fruit in them.
