well the cold is coming, and i well not be around the house do to thanksgiving. projected temps

Wednesday 84°-67°,
Thursday 80°-40°,
Friday 50°-30°
Saturday 60°-36°

to help protect papaya plants and an avocado. i did a deep watering put some containers of water around the base of the plants, and before i leave for the weekend will cover the base with cloth

i know that papaya is not suppose to get water once it is cold so i figured now is the best time to pre-soak the ground.

We get down to 31 F tonight and 28 F tomorrow night. My liners are all in the garage tonight. Larger trees, rootstock, and guinea fowl are on their own.

The temperature in Colorado tonight is expected to be 2F (-16C). This should get rid of all the flies and any other insects left over from summer. - Millet (781-)
