This is my little key lime....currently stands at 19 inches in height from the soil line.

Sir...yes, it does fruit, but has not done so for sometime...probably because of my obsessive pruning practises. Regarding its accurate age, I am not sure, but it has been under my care for 22 years. Hope this helps.
