i know this is not a fern forum but maybe someone can identify this for me it sorta has the look of a staghorn when the fronds are fully developed but it grows out of a rizome type root here is a few pics

for some reason the images where deleted from the host site i had used so used a diff one and forgot to add this grows in regular potting soil

Polypodium polycarpon. Sometimes called elkhorn fern, although that name is also used for staghorn ferns, Platycerium spp, which this is not.

ty that looks like the one i knew it was not a staghorn just was not sure what species it was an if it might be related or not
